The Schwarze Heide airfield (EDLD) is located in the Kirchheller Heide in the northern Ruhr area, Germany . The airfield is operated jointly by the city of Bottrop , the municipality of Hünxe , the city of Dinslaken and the city of Voerde. The 1500 meter long and 30 meter wide, asphalted runway has a beacon with threshold flashes in both approach directions.
