What this is
fsaircraft.net is an independent price-comparison catalog for Microsoft Flight Simulator add-ons — aircraft, scenery, liveries, utilities and sound packs. One page per add-on, every store that sells it, and what each of them is charging today. We don’t sell anything ourselves; we send you to the store.
Compatibility labels use the simulator versions mentioned in store titles, tags and descriptions. They may be inferred from the wording; confirm the developer’s requirements before buying.
How prices are collected
We periodically read the public product pages of the stores we track and record the listed price, currency and availability. Each offer shows when we last checked it. The history chart uses recorded prices before tax where known. Discounts compare the listed amount with the highest recorded reference, which may include a store-published “was” price; this does not prove a previous sale at that price.
Because prices change constantly and scrapes run on a schedule, what we show can lag behind the store. Always confirm the price on the store’s own page before you pay. Currency conversion, regional pricing, VAT and bundle deals are set by the store, not by us.
Aircraft and airport data
Add-ons are also grouped by the real aircraft type or the real airport they are built for, so several studios’ versions of the same thing sit on one page. That link is our classification, read out of the listing’s own title — where the evidence is weaker than an exact ICAO code we label it a “probable match” rather than stating it as fact. Tell us when one is wrong.
The reference data behind those pages is free and open, and we are grateful for it: aircraft type designators come from ICAO Doc 8643, enriched with manufacturer, model, first-flight and photograph data from Wikidata (CC0 1.0); airport names, cities, countries, sizes and coordinates come fromOurAirports, released into the public domain. Aircraft photographs are hosted by Wikimedia Commons under their own licences — follow the file link on a type page for the author and terms.
Affiliate disclosure
Outbound links from this site are plain links to the store’s product page and carry no affiliate or tracking parameters at the moment. We do count clicks on our own side so we know which listings are useful.
